Prior Engagement has a flat delivery rate of just $9.95 for all orders shipped to an Australian address. All orders over $400 receive free delivery.

Orders will be sent via Australia Post or Courier.   

Glass or bulky items may incur additional postage costs.  

Some products may also incur supplemental delivery charges. These are added on top of our $9.95 delivery rate.

Delivery times will vary depending on stock levels. Most of our items will be shipped in 7 to 14 days, however please allow 21 days for your order to be shipped (excl. delivery time to your location).

Delivery times quoted are a guide only.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for delivery of personalised items. This is a guide only and we cannot guarantee delivery times of any items.

If your order is required by a certain date please advise us of this at the time of ordering. We are unable to guarantee delivery by a particular date, as Australia Post and Courier delivery schedules are beyond our control.

Express Shipping is available at an additional cost. This service does not speed up order processing time, as all orders will be processed as quickly as possible.

Please provide us with a street address when you checkout for instructions on where your parcel can be left if no-one is available at the address at the time of delivery.

Pick up of orders is not available.

We, Prior Engagement, and the purchaser agree that once goods leave our premises the risk passes to purchaser. Delivery of the goods to the purchaser's agent, carrier or representative shall constitute delivery to the purchaser. Freight and transit insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser. These are excluded from the price of goods sold and the postage costs. We can, at the purchaser's request, arrange freight and transit insurance on the purchaser's behalf. This must be requested at the time of ordering. However all costs incurred will be the responsibility of the purchaser, and must be paid in full prior to shipping of the order. 

Delivery time is a guide only and we cannot guarantee the arrival of products for a specific date, we will do our best to have your order to you in time for when it is needed. Please advise us of your wedding date or the date needed in the comments section when checking out if the occasion is in the near future.
