Pricing

All prices include GST and are in Australian Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns

Returns are accepted if goods are faulty or not as described.  Please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order to obtain a Return Authorisation Number before returning merchandise for any reason. A refund will only be provided once the products are returned to and received by Prior Engagement.

Orders returned without prior authorisation will be subject to all freight charges incurred in the shipping back shipping of merchandise. Goods returned with a Return Authorisation Number that are not faulty or incorrectly described will incur a 25% fee and all applicable delivery charges to return the stock back to the customer. Although we try to maintain high standards, many items are handcrafted, and therefore slight variations may occur. Prior Engagement does not guarantee the safe arrival of candles or confectionery, or fragile items such as those made of ceramic or glass.

In the event of a return, the purchase amount will be refunded by in the same way the payment was received, less any costs incurred. This also applies to any orders that are placed and then subsequently cancelled. Orders may only be cancelled with the express written acceptance by Prior Engagement. To cancel your order please contact us immediately at customerservice@priorengagement.com.au. We cannot guarantee cancellation of any order.

Personalisation

Some of our products can be personalised, however ordering personalised items will result in a delay in delivery of 4-8 weeks. Items incorrectly personalised cannot be returned. Customers ordering items with personalisation will be contacted once the order has been placed and payment has been received to specify personalised details required.

We may send a proof for your approval prior to the printing of a personalised order for you to check the spelling, details and layout. This will be in an Adobe Acrobat PDF file format, which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view, if you do not have this program it can be download for free from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.  

If you require changes to any part of your stationery proof, please let us know via email so we can make the changes and resend another email proof. If everything is correct please reply to this email.

Final responsibility for submission of the correct information, with correct spelling, punctuation and layout rests with the client.

Pre-printed ribbon is a personalised item and therefore the delivery time frame and terms and conditions which apply to personalised orders will also apply to these products.

Property and Delivery of Goods

We, Prior Engagement, and the purchaser agree that once goods leave our premises the risk passes to purchaser. Delivery of the goods to the purchaser's agent, carrier or representative shall constitute delivery to the purchaser. Freight and transit insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser. These are excluded from the price of goods sold and the postage costs. We can, at the purchaser's request, arrange freight and transit insurance on the purchaser's behalf. This must be requested at the time of ordering. However all costs incurred will be the responsibility of the purchaser, and must be paid in full prior to shipping of the order. 

Delivery time is a guide only and we cannot guarantee the arrival of products for a specific date, we will do our best to have your order to you in time for when it is needed. Please advise us of your wedding date or the date needed in the comments section when checking out if the occasion is in the near future.

We are unable to take responsibility for delivery of chocolates, candles or perishable items. Once the order is shipped with Australia Post or a Courier company, the items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend ensuring your order is not left in direct sunlight, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage.

Pick up service

We do not offer a pick up service, all orders will be subject to our Postage guidelines.

Newsletter

Our newsletter is sent out to subscribers to keep you updated of news and special offers. You will be automatically subscribed to this newsletter if you make a purchase or enquiry to Prior Engagement. You are welcome to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe feature at the bottom of the newsletter.

Privacy Policy

Prior Engagement respects your privacy. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged, or disclosed unless required by law. Your information will only be used to fulfill your order. All emails remain the property of Prior Engagement and may be used or reproduced.

By placing an order with Prior Engagement you consent to certain information being communicated to third parties to facilitate the transaction and delivery of your goods only. Prior Engagement does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.

The information we collect from you may include your name, your address, your phone number, email address and credit card or bank account details for the sole purpose of the transaction. Prior Engagement does not retain any credit card details. 

We may contact you with special offers and promotions however we will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us via an unsubscribe function or please email us at customerservice@priorengagement.com.au with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.

We use technology to ensure we provide the best functionality for visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time without notification.
